The UNITERS Foundation has been delivering medical equipment and kits from the very beginning to places where help is most difficult to provide. We support, among others, rescuers, medics, and volunteers who often operate under dangerous conditions in areas affected by war and humanitarian crises.
In frontline hospitals and stabilization points, medical equipment is often destroyed during bombings. It is there that rescuers fight for every minute, stabilizing the condition of the wounded so they can survive transport to a safer location. Their work determines whether the patient will survive the next hours. It depends on us whether they will have the tools to do so.
That is why we help precisely there, quickly and effectively.
We deliver what saves lives immediately: first aid kits, medical backpacks, ambulance equipment, and specialized hospital equipment.
UNITERS first aid kits and backpacks
UNITERS Backpacks are specialized medical kits designed for medical aid on the front lines in the most challenging conditions. We worked on them for over half a year, consulting with doctors from Europe and Ukraine, as well as experienced field medics. The result is an innovative product that allows even advanced medical procedures to be performed in combat conditions, providing invaluable support and real help to Ukraine.
The cost of one backpack is approximately 3500 euros, as it consists of high-quality components sourced from various countries. Such equipment contains a comprehensive set of dressings, surgical tools, pharmaceuticals, and monitoring devices that enable medical rescue at the highest level. Statistics show that the most common cause of death on the front line is too long a wait for medical evacuation. UNITERS Backpacks are therefore an answer to this problem, enabling rapid stabilization of the injured at the scene.
UNITERS First Aid Kits (IFAK) are our proprietary first aid sets that we design and assemble ourselves.
Each first aid kit and backpack contains everything needed to save a life: hemorrhage control agents, dressings, airway clearance accessories, and basic rescue equipment.
Since 2015, we have sent over 70,000 first aid kits, each of which can make a crucial difference between life and death in combat conditions. Thanks to collaboration with experienced medics, we provide effective solutions that genuinely support rescue efforts and reduce casualties in conflict zones.
Equipment for ambulances and hospitals
In 2022, we sent dozens of tons of medical equipment, including ventilators, ECG machines, ultrasound devices, and oxygen concentrators.
Today, we continue these efforts by delivering medical equipment and supplies to stabilization points, ambulances, and hospitals that save lives every day in the hottest spots on the map of Ukraine.
Support for stabilization points
Stabilization points are places where the injured receive their first, often life-saving, assistance.
It is there that doctors and volunteers fight to maintain vital functions before the patient is transported further.
Our mission is to provide them with the tools to do this effectively and safely.
