Life-Saving Medical Aid

1. IFAK First Aid Kits

IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) kits are a basic piece of equipment for anyone operating in a combat zone, supporting frontline rescue efforts. We create them with maximum effectiveness and reliability in mind. Since 2014, we have continuously supplied the fighting Ukraine with our tactical first aid kits, and since 2022 we have been assembling them entirely on our own. This gives us full control over quality, contents, and production costs – real assistance to Ukraine that saves the lives of soldiers, rescuers, and civilians.

Each IFAK kit contains elements compliant with Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TC3) standards and the STANAG 2126 norm. Over years of operation, we have sent more than 70,000 kits, each of which can make a crucial difference between life and death in combat conditions. Thanks to cooperation with experienced rescuers and soldiers, we provide effective solutions that genuinely support rescue efforts and reduce casualties in conflict zones.

2. UNITERS Backpacks

UNITERS backpacks are specialized medical kits designed for medical aid on the front lines in the most challenging conditions. We worked on them for over six months, consulting with doctors from Europe and Ukraine, as well as experienced field medics. The result is an innovative product that allows even advanced medical procedures to be performed in combat conditions – an invaluable support and real help for Ukraine.

The cost of one backpack is approximately 3500 euros, as it consists of high-quality components sourced from various countries. This equipment includes a comprehensive set of dressings, surgical tools, pharmaceuticals, and monitoring devices that enable medical rescue at the highest level. Statistics show that the most common cause of death on the front line is too long a wait for medical evacuation. UNITERS backpacks are therefore the answer to this problem, enabling rapid stabilization of the injured at the scene.

3. Drones

FPV Drones (First Person View) have become an indispensable tool supporting frontline rescue operations and military activities. Our rescue drones help reach hard-to-access locations, locate the wounded, and deliver essential medical supplies. This is another example of how the UNITERS foundation puts aid to Ukraine into practice – since 2022, we have been sending drones to the front, where they become the “second eyes” for both soldiers and rescuers.

In 2024, we established cooperation with manufacturers and distributors of components, which allowed us to produce hundreds of FPV rescue drones. Each one is meticulously tested and adapted to the real challenges in the conflict zone. Unfortunately, all our efforts, including drone development, require continuous funding. We are currently actively seeking support because we believe that a reliable and efficient drone can save lives in situations where every second counts.
