Support for Refugees and People in Crisis in Warsaw
The UNITERS Foundation operates the largest humanitarian aid center in Warsaw, where every day we support people in difficult circumstances: refugees, seniors, single parents, people with disabilities, and families of various nationalities.
So far, we have recorded over 800,000 visits, and each month our assistance reaches 4,000–5,000 people.
How Do We Help Refugees in Poland?
- Free food assistance – we distribute bread, food products, and essential items daily.
- Clothing and footwear – we provide clothes in good condition and everyday items.
- Hygiene products – basic support for families and individuals living alone.
- Free psychological consultations – help coping with trauma and crisis.
- Legal advice – support with matters related to adaptation in Poland, including: enrolling a child in school, social benefits and allowances, childcare, property issues, rental agreements, and legal protections.
Zero Waste and Food Preservation
Through cooperation with Food Banks, Putka and Otrębusy Bakeries, the Biedronka Foundation, Procter & Gamble, and Greek Trade, we provide food and essential items to those in need—resources that, instead of going to waste, help save daily lives.
